Motion – Objective – Versatile – Exercises
The M.O.V.E. (Motion – Objective – Versatile – Exercises) method program is for people who want to get in shape, who need to rehabilitate from injuries, build lean functional muscle, as well as creating total body awareness through movements.
My name is Xingu. I’ve dedicated all my life to learning expressive movements, martial arts, and working out. I have done many different workout programs and while I loved doing them at that time, it did not suite my essential goals for myself.
A few years ago, I got an Achilles injury and had to undergo surgery for it. Since then, I’ve realized that my body needs to train differently. So I created a way to tone my body and rehabilitate it through movements that are functional for my body and have given me great results.
I utilized my background skills in Capoeira, Eskrima, Jiu-Jitsu, Yoga, Gymnastics, Parkour, and Breakdancing to form workout plans that develop the body efficiently. I created workouts that utilize one sole thing: Your own body. Everything you will need is yourself.
My workout plan is designed for all types of people who want to change their body and understand that changes in the body results in a change of workout.
